3. Roles and Responsibilities
Implementing this AI Ethics Policy requires clearly defined roles and responsibilities across the organization:

- Provides oversight of the Company's AI ethics program.
- Approves the AI Ethics Policy and reviews its effectiveness.
- Ensures that ethical considerations are integrated into the Company's AI strategy.

- Identifying and reporting potential ethical concerns related to AI systems.
- Participating in AI ethics training and awareness programs.
- Complying with the guidelines and procedures outlined in this Policy.
4. Ethical Review Process for AI Projects
All AI projects undertaken by Nexly Corporation must undergo an ethical review process to ensure compliance with this Policy. This process will include:
